Athena Heights has opened reservations for Athena Golf & Country Resort, its first resort-style residential community, with more than 60 villas and residences reserved during the launch weekend.
Set beside a championship golf course and a landscaped lake, the development brings low-density, nature-led living within easy reach of the city. The first phase includes three and four bedroom villas, garden residences and a limited collection of lakeside homes, each planned around private outdoor space and uninterrupted views of the fairways.
The launch event welcomed families, investors and returning Athena Heights homeowners, many of whom toured the show villa and the resort clubhouse before reserving their homes on site.

Residents will have access to a clubhouse with an infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, walking and cycling trails around the lake, children’s play areas and dedicated spaces for community events. Golf membership options will be offered to every homeowner, along with priority bookings for the resort’s dining and wellness facilities.
